Big news: Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP) will no longer be available at IT Masters from 2026.

If you’ve been considering postgraduate study with us, Term 3 (starts 1 September) and Session 3 (starts 17 November) are your final opportunities to secure a government-subsidised place and save up to 50% on course fees.

Whether you’re upskilling to meet the demands of the fast-changing IT industry, or finally making time for that postgraduate qualification you’ve been putting off — this is your moment.

What are Commonwealth Supported Places (CSP)?

CSPs are a form of government funding that significantly reduces the cost of tertiary study for eligible students. Instead of paying the full fee, CSP students only pay a student contribution — the government covers the rest.

This funding has been a game-changer for many of our students, making postgraduate study much more affordable, especially for those looking to build on their existing IT industry certifications and experience.

Why is CSP ending?

We’ve recently received confirmation that CSP funding will no longer be available for our courses from 2026 onwards. This change affects four of our most popular postgraduate qualifications, and means that once Term 3 and Session 3 begin, there won’t be another opportunity to access this level of government support.

That’s why we’re sounding the alarm now — so you don’t miss out.

What courses are still eligible?

The following four courses remain CSP-eligible for the upcoming intakes:

Each of these courses offers pathways into full Masters degrees, allowing you to continue your study with credit for prior learning — and potentially save even more down the track.

How much can you save?

Depending on the course, CSP funding can reduce your subject fees by up to 71%, and in some cases even more. For eligible students, this can mean savings of over $10,000 on a graduate certificate.
