To apply for any of the IT Masters programs, you should submit your course application online. Click here to apply. Completing the CSU online application form typically takes around 15 minutes. We recommend submitting all relevant documentation at the time of application.
If you weren’t born in Australia or any of the specified countries (see the list here), it’s crucial to ensure you meet the English Proficiency Requirements set by CSU. Our Admissions team will perform this assessment once you’ve submitted your application and guide you on the steps to meet this requirement.

Completing your Application
When you head to the CSU site to complete your application you will see the above options, make sure to select postgraduate and all other postgraduate courses to be able to start your application.
To help with the process make sure you have all your supporting documentation ready to upload, if you don’t have it on hand you’ll have the opportunity to log in and upload them when you’re ready. Don’t forget to include a current resume if you’re applying with work experience for some of our courses.
As well as personal information you will be able to add further relevant information such as prior applications to CSU, if you’re seeking credit for prior learning, if you’ve completed an IELTS test (if relevant), employment history, and if you’ll be needing to post supporting documents in for verification.
Selecting your Start Session or Term
You’ll need to select your preferred start date while completing your application, the naming convention for sessions and terms can sometimes be displayed out of order, you can refer to the following table.

Entry Requirements
Those without a formal tertiary degree may still gain entry to the Graduate Certificate through their professional achievements and/or job experience. Once the Graduate Certificate is successfully completed, these students can then advance to the corresponding Master’s degree and will be credited for relevant courses.

To qualify for a Master’s degree, applicants should hold an undergraduate degree from an accredited Australian tertiary institution. However, if you don’t have such a qualification, you can still gain entry to the Graduate Certificate based on your professional achievements and/or employment history. Completing the Graduate Certificate will make you eligible to pursue a Master’s degree, and you’ll receive credits for the relevant courses.
