Important Information

  • Referrals must be submitted before or during the application process.
  • The referred student must not already be actively managed by another IT Masters course advisor.
  • Referral rewards are issued after the referred student passes the census date.
  • The referred student must enrol within six (6) months of referral submission.
  • If the same referred student is referred by more than one person, only the first referral will be considered and eligible to receive the gift if enrolment is successful.

Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The IT Masters Student & Alumni Referral Program is open to current IT Masters students and IT Masters alumni.
  • Participants must be aged 18 years or over.
  • Employees, contractors and recruitment partners of IT Masters may be excluded from participation at IT Masters’ discretion.

2. Eligible Referrals

  • To qualify as a successful referral, the referred person must be a new prospective student, submit an application to an eligible course, successfully enrol into the course, and pass the applicable census date.
  • Referrals must be submitted via the official referral landing page before or during the application process.
  • Referrals are valid for six (6) months from the submission date.
  • Existing students, previously enrolled students, or applicants already actively managed by IT Masters or an assigned sales representative are not eligible.
  • If multiple referrers submit the same referee, only the first valid referral submission will be recognised.

3. Consent & Privacy

  • Referrers must ensure they have informed the referee and obtained consent before submitting their personal information.
  • By submitting a referral, the referrer confirms the referee is aware of and agrees to their details being shared with IT Masters for course enquiry and admission purposes.
  • If a referee advises that they did not consent to the referral, their information will be removed from the database.
  • Personal information will be handled in accordance with the IT Masters Privacy Policy.

4. Referral Rewards

  • Eligible rewards may include a $400 eGift Card or $500 IT Masters Store Credit.
  • Reward type may vary and is subject to change at IT Masters’ discretion.
  • Rewards will only be issued after the referee successfully enrols and the applicable census date has passed.
  • Rewards are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless otherwise specified.
  • IT Masters reserves the right to withhold rewards where fraudulent, misleading or inappropriate activity is suspected.

5. Program Changes

  • IT Masters reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate the Program at any time without prior notice.
  • IT Masters’ decision regarding eligibility and rewards is final.

6. General

  • Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
  • The Program is governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
