Fees for your enrolled subjects will be charged for each session. Your fee statements will be sent electronically to your Student Portal, you’ll receive an email notification when this occurs.
Payments must be finalised by census date to continue your studies for the study period. Once enrolled, your fee rate is set for the duration of your course and is not subject to change.
Please note that if you change your course, you will be subject to the fee price at the time of change.

Fees

Alumni Discount

The alumni discount is a 10% discount on full-fee postgraduate courses. If you complete a course with us, such as the Graduate Certificate, your second course (the Masters degree) attracts a 10% discount on your Masters fees.

Please note the alumni discount is not applied to CSP (Commonwealth Supported Place) courses.

Pathways to your Masters

If you’re considering a Masters degree, it’s possible to enrol in another CSP-funded Graduate Certificate to complete four subjects that can be credited towards your Masters.

With this pathway, you’ll be taking full advantage of the CSP discounts, graduating with two Graduate Certificate qualifications, and have eight subjects from twelve completed for your target Masters. This way, you’ll also have some credit options available to further shorten your study time.

Note that any subjects studied outside of your original course stream will count toward your 50% credit limit. If you’re also planning on claiming credit from industry certifications, this will require careful planning. Please speak to our Admin Staff to discuss your plans.

Payment Options

Students have many options for fee payment. Once enrolled, your fee rate is set for the duration of your course and is not subject to change.

FEE-HELP & HECS-HELP are study loans for Australian Citizens living in Australia* who are enrolled in a Post Graduate course. It enables students to obtain a loan from the Commonwealth Government to pay all or part of their tuition fees.

*Overseas Residents will not be eligible for Commonwealth support or a HELP loan if a higher education provider reasonably expects the person will not undertake any of their course of study in Australia. Prospective students should seek advice from the ATO or a financial advisor if undertaking any of their study from overseas.

We recommend students visit studyassist.gov.au for details on their obligations under the HELP Program.

Domestic students can arrange to pay fees electronically as they go via credit card or BPAY.

International students can arrange to pay fees electronically as they go via credit card, using the Convera international student payment portal, telegraphic transfer or bank draft.

Our courses can maximise the benefits offered by companies sponsoring their employees to undertake study.

The most common form of support is where students will use a HELP loan at the beginning of the semester to cover fees. Then, once their subjects are completed successfully at the end of the semester, they’re reimbursed by their employer. This way;

1.     The risk is shared between employee and employer: Students share the risk because they have to bear the cost of subjects that they do not pass.

2.     The cost is shared between employee and employer: Employers pay the cost of tuition, but students also contribute to the ‘cost’ by contributing their time, as most students complete all of their studies after hours.

3.     Demonstrated outcomes and Return On Investment (ROI): Our subjects have clearly identified learning objectives which are rigorously assessed via a combination of examinations, assignments and industry certification examinations.

We recommended speaking to your employer to discuss study funding options available in your organisation.

FEE-HELP & HECS-HELP (Australian Only) FAQ

You’ll be given the option of funding your studies via FEE-HELP or HECS-HELP at the time you’re offered a place in a course. Students must complete an eCAF (Electronic Commonwealth Assistance Form) to take advantage of the program. The final date to submit your eCAF to defer fees is census date.

Students repay their loans through the Australian taxation system once their income reaches the minimum threshold for compulsory repayment.

Tax deductions may be available if your course of study is related to your field of work. Please consult with a financial advisor to ascertain if this applies to you.

As of May 2023, the ATO Website states the following:

You can claim a deduction for a self-education expense if, at the time you incur the expense, it has a sufficient connection to earning income from your employment activities.”
