Abstract
This subject will introduce the principles and practices of Agile Project Management. Students will learn the background and origins of various Agile concepts and methodologies. Scrum will be examined in detail, as well as the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe). Students will also study the strengths and weaknesses of Agile, and the steps involved in managing an Agile project.

Assessment
- A Theory Debate – Timed Essay (600-1000 words – 15%)
- A SCRUM Project Plan (2500 words – 35%)
- Agile Project Delivery Scenario (1500-2000 words, comprised of 4-8 forum posts – 35%)
- Agile Project Delivery Scenario – Learning Summary (1200 words – 15%)
