The modern professional environment requires digital communication now more than ever – remote and distanced working is here to stay. The work must go on, but there are challenges when communicating, working and achieving outcomes over purely digital mediums. This course aimed directly at those issues.
Derived from the full Masters subject MGI521 Professional Communications, this 4 week short course covers those elements which are most useful in the highly digital paradigm. We will cover some theory and fundamentals, but everything will be explored within the context of how it functions online.
