Sometimes things go wrong. When they do we take them seriously.
The best thing to do first, is to contact IT Masters directly – by phone (1300885685) or email (admin@itmasters.edu.au).
ITM Admin staff will look at your complaint as a matter of urgency and you will also receive an acknowledgment email within 24 hours of receipt. Depending on the nature of the complaint, it is then referred to the appropriate staff for investigation and action.
All ITM subject-related complaints and assignment reviews are directed in the first instance, to the ITM Education Manager. All non-ITM subject-related complaints should be directed to the relevant head of school. All admin and operations related complaints are directed in the first instance, to the ITM Operations Manager.
